On February 1, 2010, at 7:15 p.m., Christopher C. Mabrey, age 36 of Lyndon, was arrested at his home following the investigation of a hit-and-run crash that occurred in Tampico on January 6, 2010. Mabrey was operating a motor vehicle that struck a fence located at the Tampico Elementary School and fled the scene. Deputies arrested Mabrey for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident with a March 1, 2010 court date. On February 1, 2010, at 10:00 p.m., Deputies investigated another crash where the driver failed to report. Cody A. Pritchard of Clinton and also listing a rural Fulton address rolled his vehicle on Elston Road in rural Fulton on Friday night, January 29, 2010, and failed to report the matter until this date. Pritchard was cited for Failure to Report Crash to Law Enforcement Authorities. On January 27, 2010, at 10:52 p.m., James L. Mitchell, age 21 of Clinton and Richard L. Mohr, age 34 of Morrison, were arrested for Trespassing on Railroad Property when they were stopped west of Dakin Road under the U.S. Route 30 overpass. Both were cited and bonded. Fulton Police assisted on scene. These arrests are merely a charge and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
