Thank You

Thanks to all of the people in my past who are no longer with us. That is Memorial Day to me. Remembering loved ones and those who made an impact on my life.

Someone figured out how to beat the high price of gasoline. A horse drawn covered wagon. What an interesting thing for a family to participate in together. Do you measure miles per bale? Per bushel? Parking must be tough. And don’t get in a big hurry.

More letters to the editor this week. I love it! I love hearing what people have to say about local issues. I may not agree with all of them, but I respect the ideas and opinions. Some of them I agree 100%. That’s the way it works. Your city representatives all get The Morrison Post, and most read it. They also want to hear from you directly in a lot of cases. They may not agree all the time either, but they will listen usually. I can’t print everything that I get. It wouldn’t be responsible to print some things. But most things are fine to print. So keep them coming.

Enjoy the weather that is getting warmer by the week. We just can’t seem to get warmed up all the way. It is coming. And the grass is growing! Time to do more grilling out.
