Positive changes at Ken Kophamer Realty

Some of you may have already noticed some changes at Ken Kophamer Realty. As of December 1, 2003, Kenneth Kophamer turned the “reins” of the business over to Louise Clark, Licensed Real Estate Broker and salesperson. Louise will be the Managing Broker of the office, and Ken will continue to sell Real Estate through the office.

Ken has been involved in the Real Estate business for over 15 years and specializes in Farm, Land and Commercial sales. Louise has been working as a Realtor for three years and received her Broker’s license last year. She specializes in Residential sales, but can take care of all Real Estate needs. Other salespersons working out of the office are Michael Blean and Phil Wilkins.

Another new addition to our Real Estate Team is Sandy Prescott of Morrison. Sandy joined the office in July of 2003 working as Ken’s personal assistant. Since receiving her Real Estate Salesperson License in December, she is now able to assist in all aspects of the Real Estate business. Sandy brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to the office. She is very organized, efficient and thorough in everything she does.

Another new change at the office is a new Multiple Listing Service. The Sauk Valley Association of Realtors is now working with a new provider for the MLS. Now all the properties that the office lists will be exposed to over 500 Realtors from here to the western suburbs. The exciting thing about that is that those Realtors are already working with buyers. “We have Realtors from as far away as Dekalb and Plainfield showing our properties in Morrison. It’s great for our sellers because their properties are selling” said Clark.

Ken Kophamer Realty is excited about these changes and additions to the office. Feel free to stop in and say hello.
