Many athletes are watching the weather for Saturday, September 19. Please note we WILL RUN the event, even in the rain. However, if there is lightning, for safety reasons, we will cancel the race. Please note, there are no registration refunds in the event of cancellation. Our committee is in touch with the County Engineers and the Weather forecast.
The 5K course is an out-and-back course which starts in front of Morrison High School, 643 Genesee Avenue. It makes a right turn onto Prairie Center Road. Follow Prairie Center straight to Dixie Drive. Turn around, and head back on Prairie Center Road to Genesee Avenue and Morrison High School.
Bikers will take Prairie Center to Hillside Road and turn left. They will turn left again onto Harvey Road, following Harvey Road to Henry Road, where bikers will turn right. They will then turn left onto Bunker Hill Road and ride to Lister Road. Turn left onto Lister and proceed to back to Harvey Road. Turn right onto Henry Road and go back to Prairie Center Road. Turn left, and repeat.

This route is comparable in distance and will also provide you with some exciting new scenery. We are confident you will love the new scenic route!
